1. Deadly McDonald’s E. coli outbreak grows to 13 states: CDC

A deadly E.coli outbreak linked to McDonalds quarter pounders has expanded to at least 75 people in 13 states, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said Friday. 

2. Early voting begins in NY: What you need to know

Hundreds of Albany County voters headed to the polls Saturday which marked the first day of early voting in New York. People spoke out on a variety of concerns motivating them to vote and also encouraging others to let their voices be heard.

3. Israeli military launches strikes on military targets in Iran, officials say

Israel launched airstrikes early Saturday on what it described as military targets in Iran in retaliation for a ballistic missile assault Oct. 1, officials said. There was no immediate information on damage in the Islamic Republic.
